Parking

  • Please consider other people who have to park here.
  • Please don’t block the driveway.

    • Sick Children

  • We will refuse care to any child who is sick, or is unable to participate in activities.
  • If your child gets sick while in care you will be notified to come get him immediately.
  • In some cases, we will require a note from the child’s doctor before we allow him back into care.
  • Remember that you are paying for the spot, regardless of your child’s attendance, due to the limits placed on us by the Ministry of Education.

    • Come Prepared!

  • Please send your child in clothing that is appropriate for the weather, particularly cold weather. We have lots of fun outside in the winter!
  • In the summertime your child will need good running shoes and a hat. We will be walking, running, climbing, and enjoying the sunshine.
  • We do go outdoors as much as possible.
  • As a matter of fact, we go walking so much we actually ended up on Google Street View.

    • Vacation and Sick Days for Jean

  • While sick days for Jean are very rare, they do happen. In those cases you will not be charged for the day, and we will do what we can to help you find alternative care.
  • We are closed over the Christmas to New Year’s break, as well as for one week in July. You will not be charged for those two weeks. Just keep in mind that we will need the pay for the first week back paid before the break.

  • I have current Police Check and First Aid qualifications. I have been running a home based daycare for over twenty years.
