Zachary Robichaud

About Me

Hello, my name is Zachary Robichaud and my interest in programming started at a young age, which started with self teaching myself in grade nine. I started out with C++ teaching myself basic and simplistic tricks to do with C++, eventually I started borrowing books from the library as well as looking up tutorials online for HTML and Cascade style sheeting.


At the age sixteen I joined the Canadian armed forces at the same time I started adult self taught schooling and graduated a year early at the age seventeen. After five years in the military, I started building websites for local business owners, they were very basic websites as my programming knowledge was all self taught at the time. I started going to Trios College in July 2016 for 'Video Game Design and Developement'until may 2018 after I complete a internship.


Through Trios I have started learning multiple programming languages such as HTML, Cascade Style Sheeting, Javascript, C++, Java, Xml, IOS etc... Also thanks to Trios college I have obtain some work expierence, I was able to goto a game studio and work with them to compete in a competition. I also got to get work expierence alpha/beta testing on a 'Player vs Player' game for Blue Isle Studio

I am currently working in group of two on a casino app for android studio, JZ Casino includes three games BlackJack, High Card Low Card, and Bingo. In this game you will be asigned an addition score seperate from the money amount you get which increases according to you winning games, once the cash ammount hits Zero the score will be compared to the highscore board and if you make it higher then one of the highscores you will be able to add your name.
