I'm Mesfin and I'm a

I have MA in Sociology and B.SC Degree in Agriculture from Alemaya University of Agriculture/AUA/ and currently enrolled diploma in Enterprise web and mobile application developer. I am tenacious and an eager learner. My philosophy is that there is always room to learn and that mistakes are teaching opportunities, not failures. And in life, and in work, is to treat others with respect at all times. It's pretty simple! I approach clients with kindness; I deliver my work when I say that I will, and I am an active listener. I take my work seriously and am committed to performing to be best of my ability. The company's success is my success. I also value respect and as such, am extremely respectful toward all clients and every single individual at the company. My career plan is to become a senior web and mobile application developer consultant operating across nations. I like to work in firms of IT management consultants, software and systems within large manufacturers of computing equipment, or occasionally internally in major industrial companies and to gain confidence and fame using my potential in the field of Web and Mobile Application Development, and express my innovative creative skills for self and company growth. For past 15 years, I was manager in CARE international and Save the Children organization, led number of projects implementations, providing innovative solutions to software and data warehousing and also I have excellent communication skills. I always tried for better utilization of my technology-knowledge in order to meet company’s requirements. My technical background includes in depth knowledge about java and c-sharp programs. I have fluency in advanced database management, development and warehousing and I have an ability to manage small and large-scale projects, delivering products within time limit and in budget constraints.
